Sukshma Vyayam

Sukshma Vyayam is the system of yogic practices which loosens your joints and removes the energy blockages. This system has a strong purifying effect thus, boosting the body energy.

Surya Namaskar

Warms up and prepares the body for asana practice. Lubricates and increases the blood supply to the joints. Stretches and strengthens the whole body. Improves efficiency of the internal organs.

Yoga Poses

Asana is yoga pose or posture or position of the body. Patanjali in Ashtanga yoga defines asanas as Steady and Comfortable pose. A peaceful body is the starting point for advance practices.

cleansing techniques

The hatha yoga cleansing processes have been placed into six groups of purification practices known as shatkarmas, ‘Shat’ meaning six and ‘karma’ meaning action.

pranayama

“Pranayama is control of Breath”. “Prana” is Breath or vital energy in the body. On subtle levels prana represents the pranic energy responsible for life or life force, and “ayama” means control.

Meditation

“Full concentration of the mind focused on one of those experiences” In simple terms the spontaneous concentration of the mind on the object is Meditation.
